- ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- ½ cup diced bell peppers
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
- Create a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil; stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
- While rising, cook turkey bacon and prepare fillings by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
- Punch down the risen dough and divide it into six equal portions; roll each into circles.
- Fill each circle with the mixture, fold over to seal edges with a fork.
- Brush with beaten egg before air frying at 375°F (190°C) for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
