  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup cooked chicken ham, diced
  • ½ cup turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • ½ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Create a well in the center and add warm water and olive oil; stir until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 8–10 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
  5. While rising, cook turkey bacon and prepare fillings by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
  6. Punch down the risen dough and divide it into six equal portions; roll each into circles.
  7. Fill each circle with the mixture, fold over to seal edges with a fork.
  8. Brush with beaten egg before air frying at 375°F (190°C) for about 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
