Ingredients
- 8 ounces portobello mushroom caps
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon garlic and onion seasoning
- ¾ cup panko bread crumbs
- ½ cup ranch dressing
- 2 tablespoons dry ranch dressing mix
- Nonstick cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: Pour milk into one dish, mix flour and garlic/onion seasoning in another, pour ranch dressing into a third dish, and combine panko crumbs with dry ranch dressing in the fourth.
