- 2 chicken breasts, finely diced
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 bag coleslaw mix (397g)
- 16 wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray or oil for baking
- Sweet chili sauce for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Cook the diced chicken until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Stir in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- In a mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix with green onions, sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; toss well.
- Shape wonton wrappers in the muffin tin to form cups and spray lightly with oil. Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Fill each baked wonton cup with chicken mixture and top with the Asian slaw. Serve warm garnished with chopped cilantro and sesame seeds.
