  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest and juice of ½ lemon

  • 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • Optional: Fresh parsley, cherry tomatoes or asparagus for roasting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking dish or line with parchment paper.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them skin-side down in the baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, minced garlic, and lemon zest.
  3. Break apart Boursin cheese into chunks and distribute evenly over the salmon.
  4. Bake for 15–18 minutes until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily; broil for the last 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired.
