  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 200 g block feta cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until coated.
