Ingredients
- 20 jumbo pasta shells
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
- 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cups fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- Garlic powder
- Italian seasoning
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil salted water in a large pot; cook jumbo pasta shells until al dente. Drain and cool slightly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, spinach, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread 1 cup marinara sauce in a 9×13 inch baking dish. Stuff each shell with the cheese mixture and arrange seam-side up in the dish.
