  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/2 cup snap peas

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by slicing the beef and chopping the vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
  3. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat and add vegetable oil until shimmering.
  4. Stir-fry the sliced beef for about 3–5 minutes until browned; remove from pan and set aside.
  5. In the same wok, add bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, and snap peas; stir-fry for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Return the beef to the wok along with the prepared sauce; toss everything together for another 2 minutes until heated through.
