  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon dried parsley
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped (about 8 cups)
  • 2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1 large ripe avocado, pitted, peeled, and sliced
  • 2 cups homemade croutons
  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing Greek yogurt, milk, lemon juice, chives, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth.
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (8-12 minutes). Drain on paper towels.
  3. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce, halved tomatoes, sliced avocado, croutons, and thinly sliced red onion. Add chopped bacon and drizzle with dressing before serving.
