Ingredients
- 2 packages Applegate Naturals® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (or about 3 cups homemade, cubed)
- 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/3 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
- 1/3–1/2 cup mayonnaise (Primal Kitchen or homemade)
- Sea salt & pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Fresh lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Remove chicken from packaging and chop into cubes.
