  • 2 packages Applegate Naturals® Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (or about 3 cups homemade, cubed)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh rosemary leaves, chopped
  • 1/31/2 cup mayonnaise (Primal Kitchen or homemade)
  • Sea salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Fresh lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions
