  • 12 large eggs

  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake bacon on a lined baking sheet for 15–20 minutes until crispy. Drain and crumble.
  2. Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl; season with salt and pepper. Cook in a non-stick skillet with melted butter until set but moist. Stir in cheeses until melted.
  3. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally; layer egg mixture and crumbled bacon. Replace top half of rolls.
  4. Mix melted butter, Dijon, and garlic powder; brush over sliders.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C), covered with foil for 15 minutes, then uncover for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
