  • 1/4 cup cream soda

Instructions

  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of sugar, and melted butter; press into an 8-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in sour cream and sugar.
  4. Add eggs one at a time followed by vanilla and butter flavoring.
  5. Stir in butterscotch sauce, cream soda, and butterscotch chips until blended.
  6. Pour mixture over crust and bake for 60 minutes or until slightly jiggly.
  7. Cool in the oven with door ajar for an hour; refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
