Ingredients
- 6 boneless center cut pork chops
- 1 ½ cups buttermilk
- 2 cups Panko crumbs
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops in buttermilk for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours in a ziptop bag.
