  • 12 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise and set the whites aside on a serving platter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yolks with Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, grated Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into each egg white half.
  4. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese and freshly cracked black pepper before refrigerating until ready to serve.
