  • 4 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 1 pound fresh green beans
  • Olive oil and butter

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes until fork-tender (15–20 minutes), then drain, mash with milk and butter, season to taste, and keep warm.
  2. Season shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and cook salmon for 4–5 minutes per side until cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter, then add cream, broth, mustard, salt, pepper, and paprika; simmer until thickened.
  5. Return shrimp and salmon to the sauce; simmer together for a few minutes.
  6. Blanch green beans in salted water (3–4 minutes), then sauté with garlic until caramelized.
  7. Plate mashed potatoes topped with seafood and sauce, serve green beans on the side.
