  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, and eggs until blended.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Fold in the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, sausage, bacon bits, Parmesan cheese, oregano, and basil.
  6. If desired, add red pepper flakes for extra heat.
  7. Divide batter evenly among muffin cups (fill about two-thirds full).
  8. Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown; check with a toothpick for doneness.
  9. Let cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
