  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped shrimp, lump crab meat, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Spread the seafood filling evenly over each tortilla and roll tightly. Place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter and sauté additional garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream; simmer until thickened.
  4. Pour the garlic cream sauce over the rolled tortillas in the baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
