  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter cups (crushed)
  • 1/2 cup M&M’s
  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  3. Mix in the peanut butter until fully combined.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Gradually add to the peanut butter mixture until just incorporated.
  6. Roll dough into balls (about 1/3 cup each) and dip in granulated sugar.
  7. Place on a greased baking sheet and flatten slightly using a glass.
  8. Bake for about 15 minutes; then flatten again if necessary and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  9. Cool completely on a wire rack before topping with peanut butter, crushed peanut butter cups, M&M’s, and drizzled chocolate ganache.
