  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 12 ounces mini marshmallows (approximately 7 1/2 cups)

  • Cinnamon sugar for topping (1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon)

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly butter an 8×8″ baking pan to ensure easy removal.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies cereal and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Melt butter in a large saucepan over low heat, then add mini marshmallows. Stir until almost fully melted with some lumps remaining for texture.
  4. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the cereal mixture until well combined.
