- 12 ounces wonton wrappers

- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon roasted garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 to 3 tablespoons of water (slurry)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine drained crab meat, cream cheese, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic paste until well blended.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface. Place about ½ teaspoon of filling off-center on each wrapper.
- Dab cornstarch slurry on one corner of the wrapper and fold it over the filling to form a seal. Fold the sides inwards to create an envelope shape and seal tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or Dutch oven to 375°F. Fry the rangoons in batches until golden brown (about 5-6 minutes).
