- Cream together 1 cup unsalted butter and 1/2 cup powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Mix in 1/4 tsp vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp almond extract.
- Gradually add 2 cups all-purpose flour and 1/2 tsp salt; mix until just combined.
- Fold in 1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries and 1/2 cup chopped pistachios.
- Press dough into the prepared pan, score lightly into squares, and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden at the edges.
