  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 12 oz chicken breast (cut into 1-inch pieces)
  • 6.5 cups chicken stock
  • 0.75 cup orzo
  • Juice of 1.5 lemons
  • 2 egg yolks
  • Fresh dill, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat; sauté onion, carrot, celery until softened (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and bay leaves; cook for another minute.
  2. Add chicken pieces and brown lightly on all sides.
