Ingredients
- 1 large head of cauliflower
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1½ cups Panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup Frank’s RedHot Sauce
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F (232°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and wash under cold water.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and almond milk until smooth.

- In another bowl, mix Frank’s RedHot Sauce with melted butter and additional garlic powder.
