Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4–6 fresh jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 8 slices bacon, chopped and cooked until crispy
- Extra crispy bacon for garnish
- Sliced jalapeños
- Green onions
Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
- In the slow cooker, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, diced jalapeños, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring every 30–40 minutes until melted and smooth.
