- 8 oz Scallops
- 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Dry Sherry
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 Tbsp Chopped Shallots
- 2 cloves Minced Garlic
- Salt and White Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare all ingredients.
