  • 5 peaches (cut into wedges)
  • 125 g fresh raspberries
  • 75 g caster sugar
  • 90 g cold butter (salted or unsalted)
  • 140 g plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • Zest of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
