  • 6 English muffins, split and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 8 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup hollandaise sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
  2. Layer half of the Canadian bacon and half of the English muffin pieces in the prepared dish.
  3. Repeat layers with remaining Canadian bacon and muffin pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, onion powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined. Pour over layered ingredients in the baking dish.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  6. Remove plastic wrap, sprinkle with paprika, and bake for 35-40 minutes until set and golden.
  7. Drizzle with warm hollandaise sauce before serving.
