  • 1/4 Cup 100% Welch’s grape juice concentrate
  • 3/4 Cup water
  • 4 Tbsp. honey
  • 4 Scoops Vital Proteins Beef Gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Gaia Black Elderberry Syrup
  • 1 Tbsp. Vitamin C Crystals

Instructions

  1. Prepare silicone gummy bear molds on a baking sheet.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine grape juice concentrate, water, and honey; warm over medium heat until steaming (do not boil).
  3. Remove from heat and gradually whisk in gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Mix in elderberry syrup and vitamin C crystals until glossy.
  5. Fill molds with mixture using a dropper or spoon.
  6. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes until set.
  7. Pop out gummies from molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
