- 4 large flour tortillas
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 12 ounces deli roast beef
- 1 cup French fried onions
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) beef consommé
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer half with provolone cheese, followed by roast beef and French fried onions. Brush the edges with olive oil.
- Roll tightly from the filled end and seal the edge. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Brush tops and sides with olive oil, then bake for 8–10 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, prepare au jus by heating consommé, water, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, onion powder, and garlic powder in a saucepan until hot.
- Allow roll ups to cool slightly before slicing into halves or thirds and serve with warm au jus.
