  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1.5 cups cold tomato and clam juice cocktail
  • 1 cup cold ketchup
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 2 avocados, diced

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine chopped Spanish onion and lime juice.
  2. Gently fold in the shrimp until coated.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, cucumber, celery, and jalapeno; mix well.
  4. Season with salt and black pepper; stir to combine.
  5. Pour in tomato and clam juice cocktail and ketchup; mix until smooth.
