Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté onion for 5 minutes until softened, then add minced garlic and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Pour in chicken broth with thyme and basil; bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
