- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 3/4 tsp paprika
- 3/4 tsp ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 6 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 6 garlic cloves (minced)
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, ground coriander, paprika, cumin, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
