  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup croutons (optional)
  • 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled optional)

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients: mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, minced garlic; season to taste.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet for about 30 seconds. Spread dressing on each tortilla.

  5. Fold sides inward and roll tightly from the bottom up.
