  • 1 celery stalk, diced

  • 1 oz Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 6 tortillas (flour or whole wheat)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients on your counter.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, green onions, yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, grated carrot, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, and diced celery. Mix well.
