Instructions
- Blend the chopped peaches, apple juice, lemon juice, and honey until smooth.
- Heat the peach mixture in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring gently.
- Sprinkle gelatin over the warm mixture and stir until fully dissolved (3–5 minutes).
- If desired, add natural food coloring for a vibrant look.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2–3 hours until set.
- Carefully remove the peach rings from molds and store in an airtight container.
