Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Boil sweet potato slices in salted water for 8-10 minutes until fork-tender. Drain and cool slightly.
- Smash each slice gently on the baking sheet using a fork or glass.
- Mix olive oil, maple syrup, chili paste, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl; brush over each smashed potato.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden.
