- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 cup diced ripe peaches
- ½ cup honey
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp hot sauce (to taste)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
- Pat the wings dry and toss them in a bowl with baking powder, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.
- Arrange wings on the wire rack and bake for 45–50 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- While wings bake, simmer peaches, honey, vinegar, hot sauce, soy sauce, and salt in a saucepan until thickened. Blend until smooth.
- Toss the crispy wings in the glaze before serving. Garnish with herbs.
