Ingredients
- 1 pound medium shells pasta
- 1 pound imitation crab meat (flake style)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- ½ cup chopped red onion
- 1 medium red bell pepper (chopped)
- 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
- For the dressing: mayonnaise
- lemon juice
- Old Bay seasoning
- salt
- black pepper
- garlic powder
- sugar
- fresh dill
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and dill. Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- While pasta cooks, chop celery, onion, bell pepper and slice imitation crab meat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine crab meat, celery, onion, bell pepper, peas and cooled pasta.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture; gently stir until evenly coated.
