  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • â…“ cup pepperoncini
  • â…“ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ medium red onion
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup deli ham

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, dried oregano, red pepper flakes, and kosher salt until smooth.
  2. Add cooked and cooled tortellini to the dressing and gently toss to coat.
  3. Incorporate pepperoncini, parmesan cheese, diced red onion, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped pepperoni, chopped salami, and deli ham into the bowl.
  4. Toss all ingredients until well combined.
