- 8–9 tsp jerk seasoning
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp salted butter
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 1/2 tsp tamari
- 1/4 tsp gluten-free hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/8 tsp smoked paprika
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Pat chicken wings dry with paper towels. Season with salt, pepper, jerk seasoning, and baking powder; toss to combine.
