Ingredients
- 8 oz Lakanto Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
- 1/2 cup Organic Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp Coconut Flour
Instructions
- Melt the Lakanto Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil together in a medium saucepan over low heat.
- Prepare silicone molds by placing them on a baking sheet.
- Pour the melted chocolate into the molds, filling each about 1/3 full, and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
- Mix the Organic Peanut Butter and Coconut Flour in a bowl until smooth; adjust thickness if necessary.
- Remove molds from the freezer and add the peanut butter mixture on top of the set chocolate layer.
- Freeze again for another 10 minutes before topping with remaining melted chocolate.
- Final freeze until fully set, about 20-30 minutes.
