  • 8 oz Lakanto Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/2 cup Organic Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Flour

Instructions

  1. Melt the Lakanto Chocolate Chips and Coconut Oil together in a medium saucepan over low heat.
  2. Prepare silicone molds by placing them on a baking sheet.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into the molds, filling each about 1/3 full, and freeze for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Mix the Organic Peanut Butter and Coconut Flour in a bowl until smooth; adjust thickness if necessary.
  5. Remove molds from the freezer and add the peanut butter mixture on top of the set chocolate layer.
  6. Freeze again for another 10 minutes before topping with remaining melted chocolate.
  7. Final freeze until fully set, about 20-30 minutes.
