Ingredients
- 1 pack round mandu dumpling wrappers
- 2 oz dangmyeon (sweet potato starch noodles)
- 1 cup kimchi
- 8 oz firm tofu
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the filling by mixing chopped kimchi, cooked dangmyeon noodles, blanched bean sprouts, minced onion, garlic chives, drained tofu, and ground pork in a large bowl. Add minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- To assemble the dumplings, place about a tablespoon of filling in the center of each wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold to seal.
- Steam the dumplings in a mandu steamer lined with parchment paper over boiling water for about 30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
