- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 4 large egg yolks (room temperature)
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, salt, baking powder, and melted butter until crumbly. Press into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake crust for about 15 minutes until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together condensed milk, egg yolks, heavy cream, salt, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour filling over the crust and return to the oven for another 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours before cutting into bars.
