- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup pecorino romano cheese, grated
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Juice of 2 lemons

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the grated pecorino cheese, panko breadcrumbs, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
- Beat the eggs in another shallow bowl.
