  • 1.5 tsp onion powder
  • 1.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 cup finely diced onions
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 12 rice paper sheets
  • Avocado spray oil

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, onion powder, garlic powder, minced garlic, diced onions, and sesame oil.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Soften each rice paper sheet by dipping it in warm water for about 10 seconds.
  4. Lay the softened rice paper flat and place about two tablespoons of filling in the center.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly from the bottom up to seal the dumpling.
  6. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with avocado oil.
  7. Cook dumplings for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
