- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

- Pour in chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pot. Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add tortellini and cook for 4–6 minutes until tender.
- Return the chicken to the pot and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted. Cook for an additional 2–3 minutes before serving.
