Ingredients
- 1 ½ lb salmon fillet
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 ½ Tbsp light brown sugar
- ½ Tbsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp molasses
- 1 cup frozen blackberries (Oregon brand)
- Salt and pepper to season
- Rosemary and fresh blackberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, black pepper, garlic powder, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, molasses, and frozen blackberries. Whisk until blended.
