  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 7 tablespoons sugar
  • ½ cup eggnog

  • 3 eggs
  • â…“ cup eggnog for whipped topping
  • ½ cup whipping cream for whipped topping
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Crush gingersnap cookies into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
