  • 1 package chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk (for pudding)
  • 1/2 cup Cool Whip (for pudding layer)
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup Cool Whip (for raspberry layer)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a mixing bowl until fine crumbs form, then combine with melted butter. Press firmly into an 8×8 Pyrex dish and freeze for about 10 minutes.
  2. Prepare the chocolate pudding using half the recommended milk, then fold in ½ cup of Cool Whip. Spread over the crust and freeze for another 10-15 minutes.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese with sugar until smooth, then mix in milk and vanilla. Fold in raspberries and remaining Cool Whip gently before spreading over the chocolate layer.
