  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 cup Water
  • Silicone Mold

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat 1 cup of water until hot (but not boiling). Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of gelatin over the water and whisk until fully combined.
  2. Keep whisking over low heat until the gelatin dissolves into a clear liquid.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a measuring cup and whisk in the lemon juice and electrolyte powder.
  4. Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least one hour until set.
  5. Once firm, pop the gummies out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two weeks.
