- 18 6-inch corn tortillas
- 1 can (28 oz) green chile enchilada sauce
- 1 package (16 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 container (8 oz) reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the chicken in a large pot of water with garlic salt until no longer pink, about 15-20 minutes. Shred once cooled.
- Tear the corn tortillas into halves or quarters.
